Crochet this beautifully textured vest to wear out and about this Fall.

Fall is in the air and this open textured vest is just the ticket! It can be worn with either a short sleeved shirt or with a long sleeved shirt if the weather turns cooler. The texture is created with front and back post double crochets and the subtle variations in color are thanks to one of my favorite yarn brands – Malabrigo. Their yarns never disappoint!

This vest works up super easily in one piece with a simple shawl collar. I put a button on it but usually wear it without. If you want it buttoned I would make a larger size than the open vest but it does stretch a LOT thanks to the textured stitch pattern.
