Cresting waves of lace and purls seem to dance across the fabric of colours, as distinct and unified as the ocean and its waves. This crescent-shaped shawl, worked from corner to bind-off edge, makes for an entertaining project that opens up a world of variety.

PATTERN NOTES
The shawl begins with a small cast-on and increases on every row to gradually grow the shawl into a crescent shape.
The colours used were A - Birch,
B - Apricot, C - West Wind, D - Shoreline,
E - Beach House. The shawl may be
worked in one colour; just ignore the
colour change directions.
The stitch patterns are both written (see Stitches Used) and charted (pages 2, 4, and 5) for your preference. The Ocean Waves pattern is provided for gauge swatching purposes only.
