Colour Point Sweater
Colour Point Sweater
This pattern is inspired by the Siamese cat breed, who has darker “points” on their ears, face, feet and tail as a result of a genetic mutation (yay science!). The high-contrast collar, cuffs and hem of this sweater mimic this coloration, and the result is a striking pullover that’s sure to keep you warm and fashionable all winter long.
To achieve desired fit, choose a size based on your bust measurement. There is 2-5”/5-12.5cm of positive ease in each size range, but you are free to size up or down to get a looser or more fitted sweater. Once the yoke is complete, the rest of the body and the sleeves are worked recipe-style, so you can make your sweater as short or as long as you like, with sleeves the perfect length for your arms! The pattern has lots of little tips on how to adjust, so you know this is going to be the perfect sweater!
