Colourwheel Cushion
This cushion was designed to bring a colourwheel into your home and a bit of stashbusting!
There is a kit available from WildWestDye for the colourwheel side of the cushion, and the back side can be made using yarn from your stash. OR stashbust both sides!
Pattern includes a colourwheel template to choose your colour order, and a template to make the cushion pad.
You will need 80g - 180m / 2.8oz - 197y of yarn for each side.
You will need to know, or learn the following techniques:
- Show rows - this pattern has been written to work for either German short rows, or Japanese short rows.
- Kitchener stitch
- Mattress stitch
You will need to complete the cushion
- Cushion pad: 43cm/ 17” in diameter
- Fabric and polyfil to make cushion pad
- Darning needle
- Needles: 4.5mm / US 7 to achieve gauge
Finished cushion size once stuffed: 43cm / 17”
