This pattern for cabled mittens by Star Athena is one of four patterns available in the Winter 2011 issue of SpinKnit, a dynamic digital eMag from Interweave. The design for these warm mittens is simple enough, with just one cabled motif on each mitt. The motif wraps around the hand, making the mittens reversible halves of an intriguing whole. When the hands are pressed together palm-up the image is complete.
