Knit it up now for early winter wear, The pattern is not at all difficult and the embroidery is put on after the garment is knitted.
Material: 5oz. of white cotton or wool boucle; 2oz. of red and 2oz. of blue cotton or woollen yarn; 2 needles, No. 8; 1 crochet-hook, No. 3.
Measurements: Bust: 35 inches. Shoulder to lower edge, front: 21 Inches; back: 20½ inches. Length of sleeves along seam: 4½ inches.
Tension: 10 stitches and 15 rows to 2 inches.
The colored motifs are embroidered and crocheted on to the jumper after it is completed.
