After working this design it reminded me of an old video game my son and I would play together. The graphic had buildings with tall columns with different levels . Seeing the way this hand painted yarn “stacks”, the colors brought back fond memories of how my columns would line up as the music beat faster & faster. Compared to my son’s innate ability, this is why I am more successful at knit columns! Pattern written for an aran to chunky yarn, it is great with handpainted yarns. Pattern also looks great in a solid.

Uses size 9 straight needles. Starla prefers a straight needle for a long scarf. It keeps the yarns from tangling in the circular cord.
