Each of these 12 appliques is worked separately and sewn onto the granny squares of the Cardigan. Join all rounds with a slip stitch unless otherwise noted. Chain 1 and chain 2 at beginning of rows/rounds do not count as a stitch unless otherwise noted. When changing colors, work up to the last stitch with the current color, and use the new color to complete the final pull-through of the current color’s stitch.
