Little handfuls of comforts, I originally designed these for babies, using cotton with sewn in eyes and noses. After I had tried them in both double knit/light weight worsted and Aran/worsted weight, I thought it would be fun to try fuzzy yarns for perhaps older children.

The bodies and arms are the same for all the animals, apart from the lamb. As he is worked in mostly garter stitch I have included a separate set of directions for him. Only the heads, ears and tails vary.
