This afghan/lap robe blanket is reversible. It was fun to knit and the squares are an enhancement.

The squares can be as large as you want or they can be 5 inches. My squares were 20 rows. Just be sure to include a garter stitch ridge (2 rows) between each square before you proceed to the next one.

This is a very quick knit, and the part I love, with the worsted and baby yarn, it is light as well as warm. And completely reversible.
