Commorancy Mosaic Scarf
The techniques for this pattern are easy! You only need knit and slipped stitches to create the pattern, and only one colour of yarn is used at a time. This is a great introduction to the techniques used for “mosaic knitting”, and creates a warm and comfy scarf in no time.
Yarn:
Bulky or Super Bulky weight yarn (yarn weight 5-6) in two colours, approximately 74m/81yards of each colour. Length is easily adjusted to use more/less yarn. The pattern can also be repeated more times across for lighter yarn weights!
Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect the finished size and yardage required.
Needles: 9mm (US size 13) straight or circular needles - project is knitted flat
Finished Dimensions: sample is 8”/20.25cm wide by 47”/120cm long lying flat
Pattern instructions: Written and charted instructions
