Lightweight and warm, the two-color brioche rib pattern creates a delightful play of contrasts, where light and shade create a reversible shawl.
Easy enough for a fairly new knitter, it’s a quick knit that can be easily customized with color choice. Bad Sheep Yarn offers four different colorways in their kit for this shawl, but if you choose to pick your own colors, the possibilities are endless!
Begin with an I-cord tab, then pick up stitches along one side of the tab and the cast-on edge. As you work down, the first 3 stitches and last 3 stitches form an I-cord edging, and increases are worked in the pattern every 4 rows at the center and each side.
