The Compound Pocket Scarf has alternating sections of crochet linen or moss stitch, and double crochet shells, making a fabric that is super comfortable to wear because it is so stretchy.

You can make an extra long one like I did her so the wearer can wrap it around their neck, or go shorter so it just drapes behind the neck.

Pockets are made in a contrasting color for extra interest, and the contrast is also used for the edging, but you could go all one color if you wanted to!
