The Concello cardigan is a sweet little sweater to throw on during transitional seasons and cool late summer evenings. Worked from the top down, it features three-quarter length sleeves that are picked up around the armhole, with sleeve caps shaped using short rows. The sleeves and hem are edged with an easy picot crocheted border.
