A split-circle shawlette/capelet worked with two colors of sportweight yarn. Gauge is not crucial. Finished length is about 15”.
Color A: 300 yards
Color B: 400 yards
Designed to maximize the use of the yarn; I only wanted to use one skein of each. When it was finished I had four inches (!) of A and about ten yards of B remaining. If you are the kind of knitter who worries about running out of yarn, I highly recommend buying some extra.
Shawl can be made longer; directions are given in the pattern.
