Concetta Cardigan
Concetta cardigan is a basic top-down raglan cardi featuring a one-button closure (although you can add more if you prefer!). Sleeves have a slight bell-shape to them, but instructions are included if you prefer them tapered.

Needles and other supplies:
• 32”/80 cm circular knitting needle in size US 8/5 mm or size needed to obtain gauge
• 32”/80 cm circular knitting needles in size US 7/4.5 mm
or 1 needle size smaller than used to obtain gauge
• For sleeves: if making size M or larger, you can use a US 8 and US 7 16” circular. But if you are making size XS or S you will need to use US 8 and US 7 DPNs (or if you decide to taper the sleeves instead of making them bell-shaped as written in the pattern, then you would need to use DPNs for all sizes)
• 4 stitch markers
• 1 removable stitch marker or safety pin (for buttonhole
placement)
• 2 pieces of scrap yarn, around 20”/51 cm in length
• Tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in ends
• 1 button, 1.5”/38 mm
