These adorable leggings pull together a toddlers outfit and keep out those chilly breezes. They make equally good adult wrist warmers too! I think they are a great quick gift that you can make in an evening. The ‘confetti’ fringe makes them super special and is a great way to use up the gorgeous ends of yarn in you stash you just couldn’t bare to throw away.
