This adorable fair isle patterned hat has a pompom on top, 2 by 2 ribbing, and confetti colors. It is perfect for using up scraps of yarn in your favorite colors.

Knit in the round, it is a quick and easy knit.

I purchased four, 10.9 yd hanks of tapestry wool on sale at Michaels and used these for the colors because I had specific colors in mind. It took approximately 8 yards of 4 different colors in addition to the main color.
