Simple, cute and fun mitts for anyone in your life.
Mitts are worked using a slip-stitch colour changing technique that is super easy and fun. Choose a colour-classic like black and white or…. like the colourful picture shown, a playful colour combo. The black and white mittens are knit with cascade 220. The all-over colour mittens are thanks to the magic of Noro Kureyon. So fun to see how the colour mingles and changes over the mitten. I liked letting the will of Noro prevail and ended up with two different colour-ways in the mitts. you could easily plan in advance and make sure your Noro colours balanced out to get an identical pair.
Some folks find Noro scratchy. These mittens are easy to line so this makes this a non-issue. Find a tutorial on lining mittens on the Knit Cafe’s blog here:
