Conifer Grove Stole
Inspiration for this design comes from the interesting geometry of evergreens – beautiful year round and especially in winter, when theirs is often the only visible color. This shawl features interlocking cables reminiscent of snowdrifts combined with simple openwork shapes reminiscent of evergreen leaves and branches.
This wrap is worked from end to end with no need for complicated center grafting, which allows for easy customization of the overall length. Also, the stitch pattern can be repeated across the width any number of times for a different size, ranging from a scarf to a blanket.
