Conker and Shell

Conkers may be a bit confusing to those of you outside the UK. Please look at my blog article, if you want a bit of an explanation.
Once again I have gone for realism with this pattern. Forgot to say that this pattern is knitted on two needles - no tricky knitting in the round.
