The Conroe Hat was named for Conroe, TX, where my grandfather lives. I designed this hat especially for him and the climate where he lives.

Knit in sport weight yarn, this hat will keep him warm, without making him too hot. Perfect for walking his dog in the slightly chilly morning weather, or even for protection against air conditioning cranked too high.

While this hat was designed with Grandpa in mind, you can knit it for anyone you know! Sizes range from 0-6 months all the way to adult man. The pattern also includes options for a standard or fold-over brim.

Sizes: 0-6 mos (6-12 mos, toddler, child, woman, man) to fit head circumference of 14”(18,20,21,22,23”)

Yarn: Any sport weight yarn 25(25,36,40,65,65)g, or roughly 85(85,125,165,215,215)yd
