It’s a hat! No… it’s a cowl! No… It’s BOTH! This crochet chameleon can be either a hat OR a cowl. The choice is yours.

Just cinch the rope when you wear it like a hat and tie in a bow. Or cinch when you wear it like a cowl to cut out those nasty drafts. If you must have both a hat AND a cowl then just make two! :)
