Convertible Mittens/Fingerless Gloves, New, Easier
by Sue Norrad
Any worsted weight yarn can be used for this pattern.
This is my new and easier version of the women’s mittens/fingerless gloves pattern and the men’s version.
I didn’t make a size for men but I would just use this pattern and a larger hook, either 6.00mm or 6.50mm.
My hands are small, a little more than 7 inches around the palm.
So for a larger size, use a 5.50mm (I-9) or 6.00mm (J-10) hook. For a smaller size use a 4.50mm hook.
MATERIALS Yarn: 3½ oz (100 g) Hook: 5.00 mm (H-8)
Gauge: 4 sts per inch. 4 rows per inch.
