coolster
Are you cool? Are you hip? Are you a little off center and march to your own drummer? COOLSTER is for you! A triangular shawl with a twist on symmetry. One side is simple lace and one side is simple knit to show off the luxuriousness of the silk/linen blend of Flaxen. Then a quirky turn at the edge…asserting it’s uber-coolster-ness!
Using a 5 needle and knitting in a loose manner to create drape and slight transparency. Gauge not hugely important, but a looser gauge will require more yardage. When knit to gauge you will have about 1/4 of a skein left over.
Pattern is designed specifically for Flaxen by Handmaiden Yarns. The silk/linen blend is perfect for chasing the chill.
