Copious
This pattern was inspired by my finding a ball of Bernat Plentiful on sale. The color and texture sang to me, and I started doodling some sweater shapes to make with it. I’m a sucker for big poofy sleeves and a long drapey skirt. I figured I could do the big parts in open lace to make my yarn go farther, and use ribbing to make the shaping easy. I used Premier Chamonix from my stash to give the fabric some extra heft and contrast in the ribbed sections, but this is optional.
Size: Fits 28”-26” bust/waist, 4”-48” hip, with 21” sleeves and 12”-18” biceps. This pattern is written out for one size, but this pattern is very easy to customize to fit since there is minimal shaping. Instructions are included at the end of the pattern for customizing your garment to you and your knitting gauge. Anywhere in the pattern that has ( )#, is a place for your to put your own customized value in.
