The bow balaclava is your answer to staying girly and coquette this Winter. This bonnet uses chunky yarn so it knits up quickly, then you can accessorise as you see fit with ribbons, bows and charms.

MATERIALS

• X2 balls of 50m, 50g chunky yarn
• Ribbon adornment of your choice
• 6mm needles
• tapestry needle, scissors, 5mm crochet hook (or similar)

TECHNIQUES~

• sts – stitches
• k - knit
• p - purl
• rep - repeat
• sl - slip
• ssk - slip slip knit
• M1R - make one right
• M1L - make one left
• M1RP - make one right purlwise
• M1LP - make one left purlwise
• k2tog - knit two together
• psso - pass slipped stitch over

- Fits an adult sized head
