Cora Shoulder Shawl
This small half-circle shawl is cute and easy to make.
Open and light weight with alternating sections of lace and plain stitches
A great evening shoulder warmer, prayer shawl, or easily worn as an unusual scarf.
Easy crochet with enough changes to keep it interesting.
Any fingering weight yarn will work, or choose to a sport-DK to make a little larger.
Construction: shawl is worked top down from the center back neck, in a half circle shape.

Size: 14.5 x 38” (37 x 96.5cm) after blocking
Use a Sport/DK yarn and appropriate hook to create a larger shawl
Yarn: Sample yarn discontinued, 1 skein Berroco Ultra Alpaca Fine (433yds/400m, 100g/3.5oz, 50 wool/30 nylon/20 alpaca) Shown in #12175 periwinkle mix
Substitute fingering weight suggestions:
Cascade Heritage Sock; 1 skein
Manos Del Uruguay Alpaca Heather; 3 skeins
Hook: US F/5 (3.75mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
Gauge: 22 dc and 12 rows = 4”/10cm in double crochet
