Coral Bells Baby Set is designed to be the first sweet little dress in which you show off your princess!
Designed using Bell Stitch, the skirt is worked flat and seamed up the back. The bodice is worked in Moss Stitch (seed stitch) and is worked in mint and coral stripes. The bodice straps have two buttonholes to allow ease in dressing and allow for growth.
The matching bolero is worked in moss stitch and features raglan stitch sleeves attached with a lace pattern edge. The front opening is curved and the entire bolero is edged with contrasting coral crochet. Freehand embroidery adorns the fronts of the wee jacket. Matching buttons adorn the jacket and the dress straps.
Simple and quick to knit. If you can work the bell stitch (k, p, k2tog, k3tog,) you can work the bell stitch.
