Cordia Hat
The design for the Cordia Hat was inspired by the swirling grain patterns of wood. A tree’s age and growth rings mingle in unique and unpredictable ways. These rings sketch and document life, much like a journal or sketchbook. Each tree grain is unique, just as every hand knit item is unique to the maker.
The Cordia Hat is knit in the round from brim to crown. The brim features a Furrowed Rib. The body and crown are composed of a stranded, organically swirling, colorwork design. The hat is designed with extra height for a slightly slouched look when worn.
