Cork and Crochet Knights
by Lucy Collin
This pattern is
available for free.
These knights are made using a cork, which you cover with a crochet ‘skin’. There is a space for the face, which you draw in with a pen, and you sew on a little felt shield.
You will need:
Small amounts of grey and bright coloured yarn (red, green, blue or yellow) yarn.
Small piece of felt and length of yarn, both different colours to the main body of the knight.
A cork, approx 1.75” (4.5cm) long.
Black permanent marker pen (Sharpie).
Also available on Crafster.
You can also make Gnomes (http://lucyravenscar.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/cork-and-croc...) and Ninjas (http://lucyravenscar.blogspot.co.uk/2010/02/cork-and-croc...) using the same technique.
