Corner to Corner Square
A NOTE FROM CHEERS TO EWE!
Hello, and THANK YOU for your interest in this pattern! It was created by Sarah Carney (Smurf1229 on Ravelry) for our shop for the Charlotte Area Yarn Crawl! We are so grateful to be a part of the vibrant yarn community in the Charlotte area!
To learn more about the Charlotte Area Yarn Crawl visit charlotteareayarncrawl.com! This is the TENTH anniversary of our area’s crawl! The dates for this year’s crawl are September 21-29, and will include nine area stores!
ABOUT THIS PATTERN
The pattern is suitable for the intermediate crocheter or the adventurous advanced beginner. It’s perfect for learning the mini corner-to-corner technique.
Think of this square as a building block for your own design adventures. Two squares would make a small tote bag or pillow. Eight squares would make a handsome floor cushion. Make twenty squares and sew them together for a spectacular 40” x 50” throw!
We’ve used Cascade 220 worsted weight yarn for this square, but you can certainly use any worsted weight yarn you choose! If you have any questions about the pattern, please feel free to send us a note at info@cheerstoewe.com, or stop into the shop! Thanks again!
Level - INTERMEDIATE: Mini Corner-to-Corner crochet (miniC2C) is worked from a graph and each grouping of stitches forms a tile of a specific color across the row to create the design. Rows are worked diagonally.
