Cornflower Mitts
Pattern Description from Interweave Online Store: “These fingerless gloves are an easy-to-knit project that works up quickly. The thumb gusset is not hard to work and gives the mitt a great little detail. Make them in 100% cashmere and the wearer will never forget your thoughtfulness.”
Finished Size: 8” (20.5 cm) hand circumference and 8” (20.5 cm) long.
Yarn: Muench Cashmere (100% cashmere; 63 yd 58 m/25 g): #10 blue, 3 balls.
Yarn weight: #4 - Medium
Gauge: 24 sts and 28 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in rib patt worked in the rnd.
Needles: Size 8 (5 mm): set of 5 double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Cable needle (cn); tapestry needle.
