The Cornubia Shawl is a classical triangular shawl that is worked from the bottom up in one piece. It features the combination of texture with Stockinette stitch section and some lace for a delicate and airy effect.

Difficulty level: intermediate.

Knitting skills: basic knitting skills, K2tog, K3tog, skp, three Needle Bind Off.

Size:
After blocking, approx.: 59” wingspan, 26” depth (150 cm wingspan, 66 cm depth).
The final measurements depend on chosen yarn, needles size, your personal gauge and also the amount of times the pattern is repeated.

Materials and Tools:
* Yarn:
Two skeins of Cascade Heritage yarn (75% Merino, 25% Nylon; 437 yards 400 meters/100 grams) in Iris colourway (5649) or any fingering weight yarn;
* Needles:
US 4 (3.5 mm) 32” (80 cm) or 40” (100cm) circular needles;
* Markers.

Размеры готовой шали – 150 см в размахе и 66 см по центральной петле. Размер может меняться в зависимости от плотности вязания и выбранных пряжи и спиц.

Вам потребуется:
* Пряжа Сascade Heritage yarn (75% меринос, 25% нейлон; 400 м/100г) цвет Iris (5649) две пасмы.
Для темного варианта я использовала пряжу Malabrigo Sock (100% меринос, 400м/100г) две пасмы цвета Candombe (870);

Или любая пряжа с натуральным составом и метражом от 400м/100г и толще. Общий расход приблизительно 800 - 1000 метров.
