This is a top-down corset design with a feminine silhouette and scoop neckline that plays around with simple ribbing to simulate ‘structured’ boning. The ribbing is strategically placed to bring the eyes inward to create a cinched-in waist, whilst the elongated front lengthens the torso for a taller appearance.

The design is meant to be closest to your true size. Depending on the type of fiber chosen, you may pick a size with finished measurements that are -2.5 cm/-1 inch to +2.5 cm/+1 inch.

This pattern is suited for adventurous beginners to intermediates. Some techniques used are German twisted cast on, Judy’s magic cast on, double knitting, German short rows, decreasing, Icelandic bind off, and grafting.
