The Corteza Cowl is inspired by the tree bark (corteza means bark in spanish). It features the seed stitch, which provides a gorgeous grainy texture using beginner-friendly stitches and makes the cowl totally reversible. It is knitted in the round and seamless.

You will need to know how to cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, work in the round, increase, decrease and bind off.

Sizes
The pattern is written in two sizes: Child (1-10 years) and Adult. The cowl modeled in the pictures is size adult.
The pattern gives instructions to adapt the cowl to any size.

Materials
• Merino-Lino from Katia (100m in 50g) or any Aran weight yarn that knits to the gauge (Child size: 150m, Adult size: 200m).
• Size US 8/5mm, 24”/60cm circular knitting needles.

CUELLO CORTEZA
El Cuello Corteza está inspirado en la textura de la corteza de los árboles. Usa como punto principal el punto arroz, lo que le otorga una preciosa textura granulada usando puntos aptos para principiantes y lo hace totalmente reversible. Está tejido en circular y sin costuras.

Dificultad: Principiante
Deberás saber como montar puntos, tejer punto derecho y revés, tejer en circular, aumentar, disminuir y cerrrar los puntos.

Tallas
El patrón está escrito para dos tallas: Niño (1-10 años) y Adulto. El cuello modelado en las fotos es de tamaño adulto.
El patrón contiene indicaciones para ser adaptado a cualquier talla.

Materiales
• Merino-Lino de Katia (100m en 50g) o cualquier lana grosor Aran que consiga la muestra de tensión. (Niño: 150m, Adulto: 200m).
• Agujas circulares de 5mm con cable que consiga un largo total de 60cm.
