The Cosmic Path Cowl is part of a series I designed out of From the Mountain Handspun Cashmere from Afghanistan. The yarn is produced by a co-op of 35 women who are paid a fair trade wage. Many are head of house hold and are able to make a living wage. Check out their website for more information:

The Cosmic Path Cowl is a simple cowl with the subtle design created by knits and purls. The size of the cowl can easily be changed by increasing or decreasing the cast on by increments of 20 stitches. The pattern includes both written instructions and a chart.
