I am pleased that this flower, along with many of the others in the book, is quick and easy to make, so even a novice knitter can get a good result. Though I made these using Rowan wool DK, they would look good made from almost any yarn. The little covered button makes a pretty centre, with a few embroidered stitches radiating out. This flower makes a really pretty corsage, on a hat, a jacket or a coat. Make some for yourself and for your friends!
