Cosner Lace Flower Socks
Toe up socks with an afterthought heel featuring a delicate floral lace design across the top of the foot knit up in a luxurious merino and silk yarn. Version 1 is a breezy ankle sock. Version 2 is crew length with lacework extending around the calf. Easy lace patterning is perfect for experienced sock knitters to venture into lace for the first time.

Designed to fit with negative ease.
Finished foot length toe-to-heel approx: 8.25” (9”, 9.74”) 21, 23, 25 cm
All sizes finished foot width: 7” 17.78 cm circumference. Modeled on 9.25” 23.5 cm circumference foot. If wider sock is desired, additional stockinette stitches may be evenly added to the side of the lace pattern and sole of foot. Remember to adjust stitch counts.

approx. 4 yards contrasting scrap fingering weight yarn (choose something easy to remove – i.e. not fuzzy or prone to felting)
Gauge:
32 sts x 44 rows = 4” 10cm square in stockinette on US 1 2.25mm needles
