Cosy Knitted Brassiere
by D.I.
This pattern is
available for free.
NOW that winter is approaching, we look for clothes that supply a maximum of warmth with a minimum of bulk. The brassiere given here should fill the bill, and, while being most useful for day wear, can be worn also with evening frocks. No. 11 needles are used, and about 1 skein of wool, silver sheen 2-ply being the most useful, in any of the numerous pastel shades which match the undies.
MATERIALS: No. 11 needles are used, and about 1 skein of wool, silver sheen 2-ply being the most useful, ‘in any of the numerous pastel shades which match the undies’.
Editor note: silver sheen 2-ply may refer to Patons Beehive Silversheen.
