GAUGE
We’ll check the gauge after crocheting the crown of the hat. The radius of the circle after the first 10 rounds should be about 6.5 cm/ 2,36 inches.

HOOKS
Main hook: G (4,5 mm)(or the size needed to obtain the gauge)
For the 1st 2 rounds: E (3,5 mm)

FINISHED DIMENSIONS
23 cm (9“) length, with brim (7cm) folded up; comfortably fits average adult head sizes 22.4-23.2” (57-59cm)

The hat is worked in the round from the crown to the brim. The first 10 rounds make the crown. You may follow the written description or the chart. Then the hat is worked without increases.
