Instructions for 2 sizes given. 2- 6 years and 6-16 years (to be honest the larger size will probably also stretch to fit a small adult head.

Knitted flat on straight needles. There is a little sewing up to do when completed.

Pair of 10mm/US15 Straight needles

1 x 100g ball (or 2x50g) of Chunky Merino Super Chunky/Super Bulky soft yarn like Big Crocodile Cosy Up Super Chunky Merino, Sirdar Big Softie or Rico Design Essentials Super Super Chunky

Sewing up needle and some scissors
