Cotswold Country Cottage
Cotswold Country Cottage Knitting Pattern - Experienced Knitters
Only 10cm x 10cm and knitted in DK wool, this little house is inspired by the cottages made of iron stone where I live and where generations of my family have lived. I have memories of sitting around the fire in a comfy armchair opposite my Granny in my grandparent’s cottage each weekend. She had a hand-embroidered cushion and a small Victorian table with our cups of tea and a sweetie tin on it. I would watch the fire glow and talk about my week before visiting my Granny’s tailoring workroom/ shop at the front of the cottage.
