Cottage Coin Pouch
With its classic shape and vintage charm, the Cottage Coin Pouch isn’t only a great companion to securely hold onto coins, but also all those little bits and trinkets that tend to loosely fly around in bags and drawers, like stitch markers, darning needles and so on.
Yarn
Designed for a standard metal closure (https://amzn.eu/d/3O5uo2s), it only uses about 30-60m (33-66 yards) of yarn, offering itself as a perfect canvas, to display those special scraps and mini skeins.
It can be worked using fingering weight yarn held double, held with a strand of mohair or with a single strand of DK.
Construction
The Cottage Coin Pouch is worked in the round, starting at the bottom with a magic loop cast on. It’s worked in one piece, then bound off, before being sewn into the metal frame.
