Cotton Beret
by Dana Biddle
This beret is worked from the centre of the crown out and then embellished with a centre button. The crown of the beret is worked in garter stitch using short rows to produce 8 wedges. A section of single crochet and an area of reverse stocking stitch add texture. If you don’t want to add the crochet, this section can be knit instead.
Change the size easily by working fewer or more rounds
Using just 8 -10 ColourSpun Pure Cotton DK colours gives you a soft comfortable beret, which is also perfect for chemo patients.
