This crochet pattern is for a man’s cotton t-shirt which uses the very popular cotton cakes, combined with regular cotton DK yarn. The t-shirt design is stripes in a wave pattern that alternates and creates a striking display of the colour combination you choose.

There are no tricky stitches in this t-shirt design, just sc, hdc and dc stitches (US). The sleeves are straight and join with a flat join to the main body. All techniques are explained and stitch counts calculated according to size.

The pattern was designed using a Hobbi Yarns Cotton Cake, which is now Unavailable, but there are hundreds of alternatives you could choose from. The Cotton Cake is paired with a DK cotton in dark grey, specifically Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Granite.
