Cotton Candy is an open front cardigan with a wide shawl collar. The garment is knitted completely seamlessly from top to bottom in stockinette stitch. The yoke is shaped using contiguous method by Susie Myers, the body is worked back and forth and the sleeves are knitted in the rounds. The pattern gives You an option to choose from two length versions for the body – regular and long.

Note that the yardage is estimated and is given for the cardigan in long length version.

NEEDLES
4.0 mm (US #4) circular needles and dpns, or size needed to get the right gauge;
3.5 mm (US #3) circular needles and dpns, or two sizes smaller than the gauge needles.

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS
4 stitch markers, tapestry needle for weaving, scrap yarn or stitch holders.

GAUGE
22 sts and 32 rows/rounds per 10 cm (4”) in Stockinette Stitch with 4.0 mm (US #6) needles, after wet blocking.
Adjust needle size if necessary to get given gauge.
