This sweater is worked seamlessly from the neckline down. Finished bust measurements are 35 (41, 48, 54, 59) inches, 89 (104, 122 137,150) cm. The cast on is done with the main color for design detailing as well as to help keep the shape from stretching if the mohair were to be held alone. The use of short rows to shape the neckline gives the sweater a precise fitting neck that will not drop off the shoulders. All increases are done with a make 1 left increase. Sleeve stitches are put on a holder after separation and then picked up to knit the sleeves in the round. The hem is done with slip stitches to keep the sweater hanging straight and reduce the bulk that ribbing would provide. This sweater has a light and airy feeling, perfectly suited for summer evenings, or glammed up with sequined mohair for holiday wear.
