These socks are inspired by the small friendly bunnies in Beatrix Potter’s books. The simple lace motif looks like little bunny prints, and it reminded me of Peter Rabbit and his friends - Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-Tail, playing in the garden. I hope these socks also remind you of sweet childhood tales and bring you joy!

Yarn and notions:

Yarn: 100g Fingering weight
Sample in Tippy Super Sock Fingering, by Tippy Tree Yarns
Colourway: Singing in the Rain

Needles: 2.25mm I use needles with a long cable for magic loop (or use your preferred needles such as 9 in circulars or dpns).
* The cuff ribbing uses ktbl which tends to be a little tighter. You may wish to use 2.5mm for the cuff for that reason.

Gauge: 9 sts = 1 inch in stockinette

Nota Bene:

Special instructions for shortie socks are in blue at the end of the written instructions.

Other options for cuff and heel flap are in purple throughout the main instructions.
