Country Garden Cowl
The Country Garden Cowl mosaic crochet pattern is perfect for autumn and winter wardrobes. The pattern uses 4-ply/fingering weight yarn which will create a lightweight cowl that can be worn inside or out. The pattern is quick and easy, with soothing repeating stitches, making it ideal for a calming session of crochet. The cottage core theme will be a hit with gardeners, homesteaders and chicken lovers!
The pattern will be available as a FREE crochet along on my blog. The downloadable PDF listed for sale contains the full pattern for two sizes and materials for two colourways, in a single printable file without ads.
YARN
For this pattern I used a 100% acrylic 4-ply/fingering weight yarn but I have also used the same weight yarn in 100% alpaca with the same result.
YARN Substitutions
The pattern includes information about the yarn (ie m/yds per 100g), you can substitute with any yarn that has a similar properties. Although you can use any fibre content, the smoother yarns will highlight the pattern better.
